CAD/CAE - Autoform

1.       Initialization of Licensing failed / Path or file does not exist / License server not reachable

·         Run Tune Up utility

·         Update the operating system

·         Check the Autoform licensing utility if Floating license is not working from ADS

·         Check environment variables

·         Delete the existing build and again extract the same

2.       SSL VPN not working

·         Check internet connectivity

·         Try changing the ISP

·         Trace the path to ssl.autoform.com (212.126.160.101)

3.       Application fails to start

·         Install DotNet 3.5 Standalone or later

4.       Remote solve not working in Autoform R3

·         Check whether remote computing service is installed or not

·         If that service is not present then install from R3 Master Setup

·         Try using hostname (example.vjcs.com) instead of ip address while adding host to list

·         Try changing AFREMOTEPATH to Program Files\AutoForm\AFPlus\R3\afhome

5.       Product is not licensed

·         Restart the system

6.       Not solving the sigma file gives an error massege - firewall problem.

·         Check whether firewall is disabled.

·         Allow the program exe through firewall.

·         Add inbound and outbound rule for the same exe.

7.       Application failed to start (Autoform R4)

·         Check folder structure specially bin folder.

·         Check whether Microsoft VC 80 directories are present or not.
