How to restrict user from changing system date and time?

Go to Start - Run and enter gpedit.msc. Then change the following setting: Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - User Rights Assignment - "Change the system time" Setting - Enable it and set it so only admins and change the time.
